THE AMERICAN CHEESE CAKE RECIPE
Cream Cheese (any type of brand) -------------1500g
Fine Sugar -------------450g
___________________________________________
UHT cream (unsweetened) -------------300ml
Whole Egg (big&fresh) -------------6no's
___________________________________________
METHOD
1. cream cheese & sugar,beat till creamy & mixture thickened about an 45mins, depends on the mixture and the capacity.
2. After,add in the UHT cream,slowly & beat together in slow whisk.
3. Last add the whole egg one by one and get the nice texture of the mixture. Soft & light and thicked.
temperature: 150c
time: 50mins to 1hr
